Thursday, June 4, 2015 - PnVnD let air for 1hr. Deep dark red purple saturated core with garnet to clear rim. Beef jerky macerated sour cherries and beets on the nose (really!). Medium weight with perfectly ripe cherry skin and black tea tannins. Big but bracing with flavours of Bing cherry soy sauce plums blackberries and dark chocolate. Lingering blackberry pate des fruits and espresso finish. What a deal for so much deliciousness. Drinking really well but still has some life left. Should have bought a case.
