Friday, September 26, 2008 - Pop and pour. 45 minutes of air (not decanted) did wonders for this. Very fruit-forward upon opening, time let the flavors mellow-out. The fine-grained tanins found during earlier bottles (a year+ ago) have joined the fruit to create a very pleasant wine. This can still go for a few more years, sadly this was my last bottle.
