The nose is elegant, divided between dried roses and crushed strawberries. Fine effervescence.

Delicately on the palate, unfolding a full-bodied juice with an integrated tension that offers ample balance. It's complex with a touch of smoke, almost dried meat, all coated with this ever-bright fruit. Champagne is at its peak, and unfolds serenely. Beautiful floral finish while freshness over a length that unfortunately I've found a little short.

The whole is nevertheless excellent.
