Saturday, June 18, 2022 - Great wine which surprised me with how young it’s still drinking. My impression is 90’s ornellaia is mostly in a drinking range if still drinking young, but this was prob almost too young (which is surprising for the second wine). Oak integrated. Darker fruits. The secondary is maybe poking a bit but it’s still a bit more primary in style. Nice to see how well this is doing.
