Tuesday, June 19, 2007 - The 2001 Rousseau Lavaux St. Jacques was an impressive young Burgundy, even if sampled a few years before its time. This middle weight wine was not quite as concentrated as some of the other wines tasted in the week, but I suspect some more bottle age would fatten it up further.
