Friday, January 3, 2014 - Checking in at 10 years old and it'd be impossible for me to guess this vintage, still very youthful. The color has added depth, goldenrod is what first came to mind. Swirling around the glass reveals no formation of legs. Nose shows a very slight diesel, not a distracting level, and red apple and pear. Palate is bright lime and peach supported by medium acidity and a strong rind flavor. Crisp and clean finish with a nice twang resulting in an angular mouthfeel.
