Saturday, September 16, 2023 - Tawny coloured, medium intensity. Mature, medium(+) nose dominated of dark chocolate and raisins, spiced with bay leaves. A light perfumed toucht added after a while. On the palate a touch of sweetness, medium(+) acidity, medium(+) tannins, finely teared and rounded, full bodied. 13,5%. Mature, fresh flavours dominated by dark dried fruit, raisins and dark chocolate. Very long aftertaste, dominated by raisins, with a finely textured afterfeel.
Pleasant maturity, with thick and chewy mouthfeel. Very nice.
