Saturday, November 10, 2018 - 2018 Villa d’Este Wine Symposium – Kelly, RJ, Justin and Kevin's excellent adventure; 11/7/2018-11/11/2018 (Villa D’este, Lake Como): Expressive primary nose displaying crème de cassis, blackberry liqueur, ink, licorice, liquid smoke, dark spices, dark caramel and earth. Incredible concentration, intense concentrated crème de cassis driven palate impression, silky and polished, perfect amount of acidity, strong mineral and a long intense cassis driven finish with ink and dark spices at the end. Considering the scale, it is remarkable pure and balanced. Obviously only for those who love cult cabs.
