Saturday, December 14, 2019 - Drank over 4 days notes from memory. Medium dark yellow. Subdued nose but this was full on on the palate. Spicy, sweet but balanced and long. Needs to be served quite cool to avoid becoming flabby. Great pairing with Masaman curry.
