Monday, May 10, 2021 - Golden color; lots of bubble still with a butterscotch, baked apple and a load of brown spices. More citrus influence in the mouth initially and acidity comes through a bit shrill, though with air time, the wine widens out considerably. Lots of distinction and sweetness/ripeness of fruit as this beauty opens up. Guessed this to be a vintage from the 90s, though. Not sure about the aging curve going forward?
