Friday, August 2, 2013 - The cork is in excellent shape. The wine is deep red with no signs of browning. The nose was earthy with mushrooms and ripe currants. On the palate the wine showed many layers of flavors with superb balance and length on the palate. Consumed at dinner with friends. Decanted 1 hour before serving.
