Sunday, April 17, 2022 - Decanted an hour and drank with a grass fed filet. None of the raisin from the previous bottle. Slightly brownish on initial decant but a solid ruby core. Modern wine: Fruits is rich and bright there is a vanilla/cedar note. Alao a slight earthiness. Medium+ tannins and medium acidity. The finish isn't particularly long but it's a nice wine. My guess is that it's not over the hill but is going to need several years to get to it's next level.
