A "stone soup" of minerals in light broth. Better balanced, paler, firmer and less advanced than the '01 or '02. Improved with time in the glass. Doesn't match some spectacular samples of the recent past (e.g., a bottle noted on 1/26/11), but a fine and refreshing drink.
