Tuesday, November 7, 2023 - On open the nose poured out dark berries. Double decanted for fine sediment and air (per other CT suggestions). Drank 12 hours later and nose list a but of intensity. Palate showed medium intensity cherry, sour cherry, great balance. Not overwrought. That said, a bit simple on the palate and would hold to let this age longer for complexity (and mitigate giving so much air and thus reducing the nose).
