The Vines That Bind Likes this wine:

Wednesday, September 16, 2015 - Surprisingly open and showy for a young pinot, outperforming the '06 and '05 opened side by side (although the '05 will probably be awesome in another 5 -10 years). An open nose of orchids, white flowers, and some underbrush developing into leather and thin top soil later on. Some toasty brown sugar and caramels in addition to approachable red fruit, i.e., more strawberry than cranberry. Would love to get some of these to lay down and come back in in a few years.
