Friday, March 5, 2021 - Exquisite bouquet upon opening! Ethereal cherry and white pepper notes sparkle with every sip of this luscious, elegant Vaucrains. The wine is medium bodied, silky and refined with velvety tannins. This is the first of nine bottles purchased at auction a year ago. I think this will be on par with Chevillon's 2002 Les Saint Georges in the years to come!!
