Thursday, December 14, 2017 - I would never call it Barbaresco if it was served blind. Soo Burgundian, lots of red food, silky tannins and fresh acidity very pungent. Simply gorgeous. At the very same time, it still possesses the Barbaresco flavours by showing that fresh white flowers on the nose, scent of truffle and crush stones, Round and velvet on the palate.
