Tuesday, August 22, 2017 - woah! What a crazy cool wine. This was the last pour of the bottle after it was coravined but it didn't show worse for the wear at all. The nose had this beautiful complex spiced meaty red berry. Less pinot and more cool climate syrah on the nose.

The palate was similarly interesting. Lightweight, seamless with crunchy red berry fruit. It had this savory character on the back end that was pretty mouthwatering.
