Friday, February 18, 2011 - Color: dark purple. Taste: medium tannins, heavy dark sweet fruit. On the second day the tannins were a little lighter, but the fruit was still heavy and sweet. No oak. To me a little too blackberry-jammy, although it was quite nice with the cheese (Despice D'Bourgogne).
