Tuesday, April 5, 2022 - April 2022 - Since the best tasting was recommended for 2011-2018, on this Dunham Cab, I just opened this 2007 vintage, and was pleasantly surprised by the still delicious full bodied flavor that was so smooth, dense, and palatable. I enjoyed with a glass this afternoon paired with a bacon and horseradish cheese and turkey salami. All the flavors of food and drink together were enhanced and bursting with flavor. The only aftertaste was a blend of all those fine flavors!
