Sunday, May 30, 2021 - Popped and poured. Gentle aroma of stone fruit and wet stone. Rich flavors of barely ripe apricot, minerals. Honey and citrus balance each other out in a lingering, full finish. True kabinett level sweetness, mature, nice backbone, some complexity. Drinking well.
