Sunday, August 24, 2014 - Very pleased with this wine. Youthful burgundy is not often this enjoyable. Rich and vivacious, fresh ripe fruit with no over-ripeness. That said it seems higher in alcohol than its claimed 13%, yet this estate is known for early picking and low alcohols to maintain freshness so I could well be wrong. This will be fascinating to watch over the next decade.
