Tuesday, March 18, 2014 - Popped, poured and drank over 2.5hrs. Mostly black cherry on the nose with an alluring array of sweet brown spices and some darker floral tones. The same black cherry came through on the palate as well as clove with a bit of nutmeg. Great rich texture that seemed to expand in the mouth. Medium plus body with a long, seamless finish. No doubt this has a long life ahead, but it is quite tasty now.
