Friday, January 7, 2022 - Burgundy lunch at San Shu Gong: Drinking so youthfully that this could have been easily mistaken for a 2015. The wine had a new-world feel to it, some even said it could pass off as a Syrah. Sappy red fruit, more muscular tannins for a Chambolle compared to the Bertheau before, still needs more time to round out the edges but very good potential.
