Tuesday, July 29, 2014 - Not a sipping wine, give it some time, some air and some hearty food. Beautiful aromatics, cedar, pine and herbs. At first a little thin on the tongue but over the course of a meal of grilled lamb, eggplant, onions and aioli it really came into its own with brightness and good tannic grip.
