Saturday, December 11, 2021 - Deep ruby color, medium bodied. Black raspberry and cranberry, with some forest floor and traces of whole-cluster stems. Very Burgundian and still quite tight. Fortunately, B’s pheasant terrine was very rich, so paired well.
