Deep ruby color, medium bodied. Black raspberry and cranberry, with some forest floor and traces of whole-cluster stems. Very Burgundian and still quite tight. Fortunately, B’s pheasant terrine was very rich, so paired well.

My only bottle. I know I should have kept it but curiosity got to me. A dark and brooding oak-monster. There was some quality fruit underneath all the oak and structure was really good. Still This was typical Gevrey-Chambertin style and as I drink more and more Burgundy I realise that this village isen't for me. For those who do like Gevrey I suggest to let this wine rest for many years.
