Sunday, May 21, 2023 - Drunk as part of a 6 bottle night. The only wine not opened in advance. P&P, it smelled like we had dived into an iron mine. Surprisingly intense mineral in the nose and mouth. With time, high-toned red fruit plus tannins balance this out. Very enjoyable way to close the evening. With carpaccio from 60-day sirloin.
