Thursday, July 19, 2018 - Really blossomed at 1.5-2.0 hours. Would recommend a minimum 1-1.5 hour decant.

Dried Black raspberry with a bit of tannins still in the fight and a light tannic but long finish. Can taste the wine for 30 seconds plus. Slightly on the darker fruit spectrum but has notes of raspberry, strawberry and a touch of dried rose. Not quite earthy but has notes of spice and dust. Overall a very balanced wine. Highly enjoyed it!
