Thursday, December 5, 2013 - Surdyk's Holiday Champagne Tasting (Surdyk's, Mpls, MN): Tasting pour. Dough, yeast, citrus, lemon, medium weight, a bit chalky. Fine mousse. This was nice, the Rose is better. 90+pts.
