Sunday, December 27, 2020 - 2016 base, disgorged September 2019. Love anything that this producer makes. Very vibrant fruit of mostly green apples, very good balance. This has the sufficient tartness to appeal to those who like the more mineral style, and roundness for those who like the creamier style. Price is on the higher side for an entry level but this is the best of its class I think.
