Tuesday, May 28, 2013 - Opened by Otis. One of 3 Shiraz we paired with smoked mustard glazed short ribs. 2nd time I have had this wine with consistent notes. Dark garnet color. Fruity and creamy character. Wonderful mouthfeel. Notes of lush berries, caramel and chocolate. Well balanced with excellent depth. My favorite of the 3 Shiraz we drank. 95 points.
