Saturday, October 14, 2006 - Interesting stuff, this. It's very high quality, though not entirely my cup of tea. It was a bit Loire chenin like. Pale gold. White flowers and meadows on the nose. The palate was fruity yet dryish. Fresh acidity still. Some nuttiness, honey, and herby quality. A good length too. No hurry to drink. (13% abv).
