Saturday, May 16, 2020 - Although the wine surpassed the prime drinking window, it nevertheless delivered as a classic Pinot from the Willamette Valley. Decanted for 30 minutes (no problem with the cork), the wine was bursting with strawberry & rasberry flavors and had a smooth, silky finish. If properly cellared, the 2009 Pinot may have another 3-4 years left.
