Friday, May 4, 2012 - Nose of cedar & mature dark fruit. Tast is a bit tanic with tree bark, dark crushed fruit. This wine may improve with another 10yrs of cellaring.... again, may improve. Having said that, it was relatively pleasant with mostly pasta oriented Italian dishes.
