Saturday, March 13, 2004 - Beautiful intense colours. Nose of sweet fruits - starts off with fresh strawberries, but as it breathes it starts to reveal slightly more jammy accents on the fruits. Smooth and elegant. Starts off by being pretty full-bodied and slightly powerful but after some airing it turns out to be well-balanced with moderate tannins. Long smooth finish. The word elegant comes to mind. Definitely worth getting another bottle.
