Saturday, December 24, 2005 - Decanted 1.5 hours; seemed really tight at first, but opened up somewhat after 1.5 hours. Mellow fruit, but seemed to have high acidity. Not a good value, in my opinion, for the current price (50 euros at Nicolas in Paris).
