Friday, December 29, 2017 - A very pure Pinot Noir, clean and transparent. Totally on the feminine side. On the nose memories of red berries marinated with rosemary and thyme. Also notes of violets, coal or even lactic, almost sweet, from wood. Good length in the mouth, with a refreshing acidity, just between traditional and modern style. Good, very good but I missed some depth, some multifaceted, honestly. My other two bottles to age unhurriedly.
Un Pinot Noir muy puro, limpio y transparente. Totalmente del lado femenino. En nariz recuerdos a frutillos rojos macerados con romero y tomillo. También notas a violetas, carbon o incluso lácticas casi dulces procedentes de la madera. De buena longitud en boca, con una refrescante acidez y de un corte entre tradicional y moderno. Buena, muy buena pero carece de profundidad, de algún aspecto multifacético y honestamente esperaba más. Mis otras dos botellas para envejecer sin prisas.
