Saturday, March 23, 2024 - Young guns of Burgundy: Tasted double blind. Clear deep garnet color. Beautiful fine, elegant and complex nose. Same elegance on the palate! Fine, beautiful fruit, dried herbs and a lovely saltiness mixed with fine tobacco. Beautiful energy and texture, still very fresh and juicy. Very long. One of my favorite wines this evening. 94-95
