Tuesday, March 1, 2011 - TFS: Madeira Master Class (Tria Fermentation School): made as a fundraiser for Christ Church in Philadelphia, this is a blend of several Madeira grapes (30% Bual) with an average age of ~30 yrs. fig, caramel, and roasted almonds. very soft mouthfeel is quite pleasant. finish is smooth with only minor heat.
