Thursday, October 26, 2017 - This has what I have come to recognize as quite a typical Barbera nose. A dark, toasty liquorice and jammy fruit. Entry is consistent with a lot of black liquorice. A very rounded and full profile finishing tart and spicy with a touch of tannin but more acidity. This is quite well done and classic tart finish driven Barbera.
