Sunday, November 12, 2023 - Nowhere near as good as the last bottle. Had a very dusty, woody quality. Just generally felt a bit over the hill. Enjoyable on the palate still, less so the nose. Hopefully just bottle variation. I’ve got one left, and the other four bottles before this one were delightful, so fingers crossed! Decanted for 1 hour, which could also have been a factor. Decant for 30 mins next time.
