Tuesday, July 2, 2013 - Nose of honey with a little vanilla - very understated, but pleasant. Nice lemon punch on the palate with the vanilla very subtle on the finish. Had no idea that Sauv. Blanc could have this kind of structure and body, but still be refreshing.
