Monday, July 29, 2013 - PnP, mod chill. Clear, med straw color. Med/full intensity nose. A very fine wine and definately not NZ in style. Classic/proper CA SB. Wonderful balance/integration, big/proper SB flavor profile, very French. Clean, slight steel/chalk, not over oaked, no hint at all of grass/pineapple. Long very fruity finish. One of the best examples of CA SB I've ever had and absolutely nothing off. Drinking perfectly now. $38
