Sunday, December 10, 2023 - Early Christmas lunch (with KC) (KC's place): Consumed with morcilla and apple sauce...aromas and flavours were consistent with previous tastings; honey, a little pain d'epice spice, ripe apple, off dry with fresh acidity, but a little more textured than I remembered and with an interesting savoury almost vegetal/mushroom underpin that lent additional complexity. Very nice.
