Tuesday, January 21, 2020 - From Coravin. Medium minus intensity aromas of honey, sweet spice, apple; quite closed nose though, with time, the apple ripens and is joined by some peach. On the palate medium plus intensity acidity is offset by sweet flavours of honey, apple and spice backed by a little peach. There is also some texture on the mid palate. medium to medium plus length but fundamentally yum.
