Surprisingly 'grapey' with a thin mid-palate and a predominance of Syrah dominating the flavor profile. I would never have guessed the % of Merlot (46% Merlot, 21% Syrah, 15% Petit Verdot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Cabernet Franc). The youth could explain the lack of integration, but I couldn't even find the resolve to finish my glass on either day. Tasted over 2 days with similar results.
