Saturday, July 16, 2011 - Tasted immediately after opening. Light straw colour. Fruit driven nose with hints of yellow apples, peaches and melon. Crisp minerality and subtle oak on display in the background. Citrus and mineral flavours take over as dominant factors on the palate. Good balance, decent concentration and a long fresh finish. All in all a very nice bottle of Chablis.
