Went down very well with moules and sea bass. Crisp minerality, supported by a good middle and noticeable end. Medium finish full of the citrus and stone that Chablis does so well. Classy wine. I'd say that this is drinking beautifully now and should be polished off in the next year or two.

Pale green coloured. The nose is light and floral leading to a palate of great intensity and richness, a touch of oak on the entry giving the wine a fullness of flavour. A lovely saline, oyster shell character on the mid palate and a lighter white blossom note on the finish. Very enjoyable.

Tasted immediately after opening. Light straw colour. Fruit driven nose with hints of yellow apples, peaches and melon. Crisp minerality and subtle oak on display in the background. Citrus and mineral flavours take over as dominant factors on the palate. Good balance, decent concentration and a long fresh finish. All in all a very nice bottle of Chablis.

Great typicity, although everything is just a little understated. Improved significantly with air/time.

Length minerality and racy freshness. This is pure and to the point. Very focussed and clean. Great example
