Monday, July 17, 2023 - Nose: Dark cherry, dark red berries, leather, spice and nice herb notes. The red fruit just comes in perfumed waves with outstanding complexity at the edges. Cedar, leather, anise and chinese five spice all emerge.
Palate: The palate is equally well balanced and perfumed. The red fruit is precise silky and mature.
Finish: Just brilliant. A silky well integrated Cheval Blanc that was showing perfectly.
